Arrive in Mombasa and meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Enjoy a welcome drink and a brief orientation about the day's activities. Begin a walking tour through Mombasa Old Town, exploring its labyrinthine streets, ancient architecture, and the UNESCO World Heritage site, Fort Jesus. Visit local markets and shops to find unique souvenirs and crafts. After lunch at a local restaurant serving traditional Swahili cuisine, continue touring historical landmarks including the Old Law Courts and the iconic Mombasa Tusks. End the day with a relaxing boat ride along the Mombasa coastline, enjoying stunning views and the sea breeze. Return to your accommodation for dinner and leisure time.
Depart early from Mombasa to Shimba Hills National Reserve. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive to spot diverse wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and numerous bird species. Visit Sheldrick Falls and enjoy a guided walk to the waterfall. Have a picnic lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of the park. Continue the afternoon game drive, soaking in more scenic landscapes and wildlife sightings. Later, drive back to Mombasa for dinner.
Travel from Mombasa to Diani Beach. Meet your guide and begin a cultural tour visiting local villages where you will learn about Swahili traditions, crafts, and cuisine. Participate in a hands-on Swahili cooking class preparing traditional dishes with local ingredients, then enjoy the meal you helped prepare. Spend the afternoon visiting local artisans and craft shops, followed by some relaxation time on the pristine sands of Diani Beach. Depart for Mombasa in the early evening.
