Tour Plan

Jour 01 Arrival – Rhino Tracking – Murchison Falls

Arrive at Entebbe Airport and meet your guide. Drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking, then continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Visit the top of the falls—where the Nile crashes 43 meters through a narrow gorge, creating mist and rainbows.

If time allows, enjoy an optional hike to the bottom of the falls (USD 10 per person), then proceed for a short evening game drive en route to your lodge.

Meals and overnight at: Leosim Hotel / Red Chilli Rest Camp / Kalalo Cottage Inn.

Jour 02 Morning Game Drive – Boat Cruise – Travel to Fort Portal

Start the day with an early morning game drive to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, leopards, hippos, and more. Enjoy bird watching and scenic views across the savannah and riverbanks.

Return to the lodge for lunch, then take a relaxing 3-hour boat cruise on the Nile to see the base of Murchison Falls. Look out for hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and water birds.

After the cruise, drive to Fort Portal and check in at your lodge.

Meals and overnight at: Kals Guest House / Rwengoma Courts and Apartments / Stanford Hotel Fort Portal.

Jour 03 Transfer to Bwindi & Batwa Cultural Experience

After an early breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the famous mountain gorillas. Enjoy lunch en route.

Check in at your lodge, then later visit the Batwa community an indigenous forest-dwelling tribe. Enjoy their traditional dances and cultural stories.

Meals and overnight at Gorilla Friends Resort Lodge/ Ruhija Gorilla Friends Resort/ Nshongi Camp.

Day 04 Gorilla Trekking – Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast, meet your guide for a briefing, then trek through the misty rainforest to find the mountain gorillas. Trekking can take 2 to 6 hours, so come prepared with water, sturdy shoes, rain gear, and a non-flash camera.

After this unforgettable experience, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, known for its 29 beautiful islands. Check in at your lodge and relax or enjoy optional activities like zip lining, canoeing, and kayaking (fees apply).

Overnight at: Paradise Eco Hub / Bunyonyi Overland Resort / Crater Bay Cottages and Camp.

Jour 05 Equator Stop – Airport Transfer – Fly Home

After breakfast, drive to Kampala with a stop at the Equator in Masaka for photos, lunch, and souvenirs. Then continue to Entebbe International Airport for your flight home.
